What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship with multiple shipping companies including USPS, UPS and Fedex. Depending on the shipping weight and class of shipping our customers choose we select the safest and fastest way for the package to the customer.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package? Where is Shopgator located?

Shopgator has 3 warehouses – Warehouse number 1 is located near West Palm Beach Airport in Florida, Warehouse 2 is Santa Monica, CA and our newest facility is located in Columbus, OH. Depending on customers location, shipping usually takes 5-9 business days. If you need items sooner – please purchase the premium shipping at checkout.

How Do I Track My Order?

Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing.
After that please locate the “Track Your Order” link on top of this page where you will need to enter your order number and email that you used to place the order. System will than show you the information about package location and Estimated time of delivery.

How Do I Place an Order?

Add item you like to cart, click on the shopping bag item on top of this page and select “Checkout” button. You will be taken to the page that will need some basic information from you like you shipping address, you name and billing information.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

No. You can checkout as a guest, leaving us with a bare minimum of information that we need in order to deliver your order directly to you and in timely manner. We highly recommend to create a profile on our website to be able to track your orders, reorder goods or contact customer service.
